Mike Link enters his 11th season in Minor league Baseball, and the 12th season overall in the sports industry. He started his career back in 2002 with the Akron Aeros, completing two separate internships (ticketing and marketing).  Mike then spent one season with the Rockford Lightning, a team in the Continental Basketball Association, as the Director of Ticket & Game Operations.  He then spent the next two seasons as a group sales representative for the Mahoning Valley Scrappers.  In 2006, Mike returned home to Akron and worked in group sales, focusing on youth baseball, with the Aeros.  From 2007-2009, Mike worked as the Director of Ticketing with the West Virginia Power.  Not being able to stay away from NE Ohio, Mike again returned to the Aeros prior to the 2010 season as the Director of Community Development. 2013 marks Links third season with the Crushers. 

Mike is a graduate of the University of Akron, earning his degree in Business Administration/Marketing.  Prior to completing his education at Akron, he spent two years attending Mount Union College and was a two-year letterman in soccer.  Mike is a die-hard Cleveland sports fan, so he's very experienced in getting his heart broken.  He's also a huge Akron Zips soccer and Duke basketball fan.
