2012 will be Kelly's fourth year serving as the Crushers Box Office Manager. As the organizational backbone of the ticket office, she coordinates and provides customer service for season ticket accounts and handles all day-to-day operations of the box office. Kelly brings the team several years of ticketing experience at both the professional and collegiate level. She spent three seasons as the Box Office Manager for the Youngstown SteelHounds of the Central Hockey League. Her duties included running the box office during games and handling all season tickets and billing. Prior to the SteelHounds, she was the Assistant Box Office Manager at the University of New Orleans Lakefront Arena. Kelly has additional experience working for the University of Akron, the Tennis Master Series in Cincinnati and the University of Dayton. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Dayton.
