Nicolle joins the Crushers after spending a season working in the community relations department of the NBA Detroit Pistons and WNBA Detroit Shock. Prior to her time in the NBA, Nicolle spent two seasons with the Traverse City Beach Bums of the Frontier League. As one of the first full time staff members hired prior to the Beach Bums inaugural season, she filled multiple roles within the organization, including community relations, promotions, and sponsorship sales. Her internship was also in the Frontier League, doing community and media relations with the Windy City Thunderbolts. Nicolle graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters in Sport Management.
