Kevin Dailey brings a wealth of gourmet experience into his third season at All Pro Freight Stadium as the Crushers Food and Beverage Director. Dailey most recently has worked with Ritz-Carlton, both in Cleveland and in Grand Cayman, a world-class 5-star resort. Prior to his work with Ritz-Carlton, Dailey worked as the general manager of his family's restaurant in Put-In Bay from 1992-2000. He got his start in the industry as a bartender at the West End Tavern, just miles from All Pro Freight Stadium in nearby Lakewood.
Dailey received an AOS degree from the New England Culinary Institute in Monpelier, Vt. in 1999.
