Lake Erie Crushers Back in Avon for Holiday Weekend

Avon, Oh— The Lake Erie Crushers are back in Avon for a six game homestand beginning this evening, June 29^th and continuing through the July 4^th Weekend. There are many promotions and special offers to the public during this holiday weekend.

Thursday June 30^th, 7:05pm: With football season around the corner, the Crushers will be hosting Browns Night, with a special appearance by two former Cleveland Browns players: Aaron Shea and Frank Stams. Any fans wearing Cleveland Browns apparel will receive a one dollar ($1.00) discount on Home Box or General Admission tickets. The Crushers will wear one of a kind orange and brown jerseys during the game, which will be auctioned off to fans through a silent auction.  Proceeds of the auction will benefit Crushers Cares. Autographs from Shea and Stams will be available on the main concourse during the game.

Thursdays are also Thirsty Thursday featuring $1 Beers and Soft Drinks.

Friday July 1^st, 7:05pm: Every Friday following the Crushers game, there is a Fantastic Fireworks show that fans have come to know and love. This Friday also begins our Military Discount Offer (see below for details).

Saturday July 2^nd, 7:05pm: In honor of the men and women who have and are serving our Country, the Crushers would like to thank them with Military Appreciation Night this Saturday. Following the baseball game, there will be a special Holiday Weekend Fireworks show. See below for details referring to the Military Discount.

Saturdays are Super Giveaway days with a special Hat giveaway for the first 1,000 fans presented by LifeShare, The Morning Journal and ESPN 850 WKNR.

Sunday July 3^rd, 5:05pm: Kids Run the Show Night. This Sunday, the Crushers are giving kids the chance to see what it is like to run a Professional Baseball Game. This is also our Family Fun Day with a great ticket offer to families planning on attending the game. Family 4 Packs are great because you get four tickets for $44, each including a perfect game voucher for a hot dog, bag of chips and a soft drink. Post-Game, kids and any fans young at heart will be able to run the bases. See below for details referring to the Military Discount.

Monday July 4^th, 7:05pm: In Celebration of the Fourth of July, the Crushers are hosting the City of Avon’s Firework Show following the game.  Come out to celebrate the 4^th of July by watching America’s favorite pastime game.  See below for details referring to the Military Discount.

Military Discount Available July 1^st-July 4^th: $3 OFF Home Box or General Admission ticket price. This offer is extended to all active and veteran Military, including their family and friends.
