AVON, Ohio - The Lake Erie Crushers are set to take on the Schaumburg Boomers for game two of the opening weekend series at 7 p.m., tonight in All Pro Freight Stadium.

The Crushers will be celebrating all of the Mid-American Conference (MAC) schools tonight as a MAC Madness promotion. Anyone wearing MAC apparel or anyone who presents a MAC school student ID will receive a discounted home box ticket for six dollars.

The first 1000 fans who enter tonight’s game will also receive a magnet schedule, which will let you know each and every Crushers’ baseball game.

Lake Erie is running a great value ticket promotion called “4 for $44” every Saturday home game. A minimum of four tickets must be purchased for this special, which includes four tickets, four hotdogs, four regular sodas, and four bags of chips. However, if you wanted to purchase five tickets, then the price would remain constant and be 55 dollars.

Despite the Crushers loss, all of the fans in attendance for Friday’s Opening Day game will be allowed to redeem their ticket as a voucher for any future Crushers home game excluding July 4th. Thank you all for coming out and making Opening Day a very special night.
