Monday, June 11, 2012 Crushers Opening Three Game Homestand Monday Night

AVON, Ohio - The Lake Erie Crushers are set to open a three game series against the Washington WildThings at All Pro Freight Stadium, which will begin on Monday night at 7:05 p.m., with gates opening one hour prior.  

Monday night’s promotion is the Night of Champions, which will feature several state championship teams from Ohio high schools. Amherst Community Day will also be happening on the concourse with several Amherst businesses participating.

Any resident of the Amherst community with proper identification will receive one dollar off admission at the ticket office.

Six Months to the Apocalypse will be happening on Tuesday night due to the date being 6/12/2012. The theorized end of the world is supposed to be on 12/12/2012. There will be several promotions related to the world ending including raffles, on-field promotions, and much more.

Tuesday will also be 2-fer Tuesday presented by WKNR2-AM 1540.  Every Tuesday, the Crushers are offering a special two dollar menu of select concession items.

Cleveland and the surrounding areas are celebrating Marine Week, and so are the Crushers. Marine Appreciation Night will be happening at All Pro Freight Stadium, which will include competitions, raffles, and other on-field promos.

Every Wednesday is Dollar Dog night at All Pro Freight Stadium, as well.
