Schaub rejoins the Crushers for his fourth season as the team's hitting coach.  Schaub not only helped lead the team to a Frontier League Championship in 2009, another playoff appearance in 2011, but he also coached four position players that were sent to the 2009 All-Star Game, two in the 2010 All-Star Game, and three in the 2011 All-Star Game.  

Prior to joining the Crushers. Schaub was the Head Junior Varsity Coach and the Assistant Varsity Coach at Canton Central Catholic High School.  During his tenure at Central Catholic, the varsity team made four regional appearances, one state Final Four and won a State Championship.  Schaub played college baseball at Ohio Weslyan University where he earned his degree in Sports Management.
