Schaub rejoins the Crushers for his third season as the team's hitting coach.  Schaub not only helped lead the team to a Frontier League Championship in 2009 but he also coached four position players that were sent to the 2009 All-Star Game and two in the 2010 All-Star Game.

Prior to joining the Crushers. Schaub was the Head Junior Varsity Coach and the Assistant Varsity Coach at Canton Central Catholic High School.  During his tenure at Catholic Central, the varsity team made four regional appearances and one state Final Four appearance.  Schaub played college baseball at Ohio Weslyan University.
