Donation Requests

The Lake Erie Crushers are committed to supporting local non-profit organizations through the donation of tickets. All donation requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the scheduled event. Organizations will receive an email regarding the status of their donation request approximately 30 days before the event. Each organization is limited to one request per calendar year. It is important to note that completing the form is a request and does not guarantee a donation.

Please note we are unable to provide the following:

• Monetary donations
• Donations to individuals
• Donations to non-501 (c)3 tax exempt organizations
• Donations to organization outside the state of Ohio
