Len Komoroski
Len Komoroski is Senior Advisor of Rock Entertainment Group, the umbrella entity of the teams and venues that are part of Cavaliers Chairman Dan Gilbert’s Rock Family of Companies. It includes the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers, the AHL Cleveland Monsters, the NBA G League Charge and Cavs Legion of the NBA 2K League; and the operation of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Legion Lair Lit by TCP home of Cavs Legion in Cleveland, Cleveland Clinic Courts - the Cavaliers’ training and development center in Independence, Ohio.

With more than 40 years of experience in pro sports and entertainment, Komoroski’s leadership has helped set a solid business foundation from which Rock Entertainment Group has flourished into one of the most successfully operated sports and entertainment entities in the country. The Cavaliers were crowned NBA Champions and the Monsters AHL Champions in 2016. He is also the chairman/managing partner of the Lake Erie Crushers of the Frontier League, a Major League Baseball partner league. Komoroski joined the Cavaliers and its entities in 2003 as President, taking on the CEO title in 2013 until April of 2022 when he stepped away into his senior advisory role. Prior to joining the Cavaliers, Komoroski was the Senior Vice President and Chief of Business Operations with the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles (1996-2003). There, he played a pivotal role in the Eagles’ growth and business success, having a hand in multiple monumental milestones for the historic franchise and placing the team amongst the top revenue-generating franchises in the league during his tenure.
Prior to the Eagles, Komoroski was the Senior Vice President and COO of the International Hockey League’s (IHL) Cleveland Lumberjacks (1994-96). His first stint in the NBA was with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Target Center as Vice President of Sales (1988-1994) where he was the senior sales and marketing leader. Very active as a community and civic leader, he serves on the board of directors of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Unify Labs, and Pittsburgh North Catholic High School. He is also a trustee for Cleveland Clinic’s Hillcrest Hospital. Komoroski was named Sales and Marketing Executives of Cleveland’s (SME) 2013 Business Executive of the Year, and in 2014 received the PRSA John Hill Award for his outstanding understanding and support of communications by an organization's president or chief executive officer. A Pittsburgh-area native, in 2019, Komoroski was inducted into the Western Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame.
Komoroski is a 1982 cum laude graduate of Duquesne University. He and his wife Denise have three daughters – Kristin, Kelly, and Jamie, and a son, Zachary.

Previously, Vic served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales for the Hall of Fame Resort and Entertainment Company, where he led strategic sales efforts and focused on securing new sponsors and partners for Hall of Fame Village, Hall of Fame Village Media, and the company’s emerging gaming and entertainment ventures. Under his leadership, the company achieved a 50% revenue increase in 2023.
Before joining HOFV, Vic was President of the Pittsburgh Riverhounds, where he oversaw business operations for the USL club and its home field, Highmark Stadium. During his tenure, ticket sales and corporate partnerships saw double-digit growth. He also played a key role in securing Highmark Stadium as the host venue for the International Jazz Festival, Blues Festival, University of Pittsburgh Women’s Lacrosse, and the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) soccer championships.
Prior to that, Vic spent two years as President of the Louisville Bats, the Triple-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds, where he helped drive overall revenue growth, including a significant increase in corporate partnerships. His career also includes senior-level sales and marketing roles with notable organizations such as the San Antonio Commanders (Alliance of American Football), Home Team Marketing, the Cleveland Indians, Robert Morris University, the Pittsburgh Pirates, and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Throughout his career, Vic has been part of leadership teams that opened two new ballparks and led two major stadium renovations. He played a key role in negotiating the $58 million naming rights deal for Progressive Field. In recognition of his contributions to the industry, he was inducted into the Robert Morris University Sports Management Hall of Fame in 2006.
Vic and his wife, Patty, reside in Avon Lake, Ohio. They have two children, Jason and Samantha.
