What is FanRally?
- FanRally is a fan-friendly ticket integrator that makes redeeming access passes as easy as possible!
What is the Ballpark Pass?
- The Ballpark Pass provides access to the general admission section for all 51 regular-season home games at ForeFront Field. This is a one-time cost for the entire season, not a monthly fee!
Is this a season ticket?
- No. The Pass is not a season ticket. A season ticket grants you a guaranteed seat to each of the Crushers' 51 home games. The Pass allows you to book a General Admission ticket to every game, pending availability, up to four (4) games at a time.
What's the catch?
- The Ballpark Pass is an entirely digital, self-service product. The Crushers do not print or provide any ticket delivery services for Pass tickets. If attending with a party arriving separately, pass holders can invite their guests to claim their tickets via the FanRally webpage or forward them via their ProVenue Ticker Manager.
Is there an additional cost to book the tickets?
- No! There is no additional cost to book your General Admission (GA) tickets. There will be additional costs to upgrade your tickets or add GA tickets above what your Pass allows.
Can I print my tickets at home?
- No, FanRally tickets must be claimed and scanned via the FanRally website via a mobile device.
How do I claim my tickets?
- Tickets can be claimed at any point on the FanRally webpage: Login - FanRally. Fans will be allowed to start claiming tickets on May 1, 2026.
Where are my seats?
- The Ballpark Pass gets holders the ability to book General Admission tickets for each of our 51 regular-season home games at no additional charge after the initial cost of the pass. General Admission seats are located on the grass berm in left field or the Picnic Plaza down the 3rd base line.
I can't find my tickets.
- Ticket barcodes will populate on the FanRally webpage 4 hours prior to that game's scheduled start time.
Why can't I claim tickets to a certain game?
- If a game is sold out of General Admission tickets, you will not be able to claim a General Admission ticket. You will, however, be able to upgrade to available seats for the difference in cost between the assigned value of the General Admission ticket and the cost of the upgrade ticket.
Can I share my tickets with family or friends?
- You can! You will have to redeem the access passes for tickets before you can forward tickets via email or text message.
Can I release tickets after I redeem my access pass for a ticket?
- Releasing tickets must be done 24 hours in advance of game time to receive your access pass back.
If I do not use all of my access passes, can I get a refund or a credit for next season?
- No. If any access passes go unused, they will not be refunded, and no credit will be applied to the next season.
Can I upgrade my pass?
- Your pass cannot be upgraded, but you can upgrade individual seats for the difference in cost between your General Admission Pass ticket and an available seat elsewhere in the stadium.
What if I want Traditional Season Tickets?
- Traditional season tickets can be purchased on our website or by emailing tickets@lakeeriecrushers.com. Traditional season tickets get you access to a guaranteed ticket to each of the Crushers' 51 home games, as well as merchandise and concessions discounts, and invites to all the exclusive Season Ticket Member events!
