September Baseball is Coming to Avon!

The Lake Erie Crushers have officially clinched a spot in the 2025 Frontier League Playoffs! Postseason baseball is returning to Avon this September as the Crushers set their sights on a championship run.

Game dates, opponents, and ticket details will be announced soon, but fans can already mark their calendars—the Crushers are guaranteed at least one home playoff game in the opening round.

Playoff Format

  • Wild Card Round (Best of 3): Division Winners face Wild Card teams. Game 1 hosted by the Wild Card; Games 2–3 (if needed) hosted by Division Winner.

  • Conference Finals (Best of 5): Winners advance, higher seed hosts Games 3–5.

  • Championship Series (Best of 5): Begins two days after Conference Finals. Hosting alternates by year:

    • Odd years (2025): Atlantic hosts Games 1–2, Midwest hosts Games 3–5.

    • Even years: Midwest hosts Games 1–2, Atlantic hosts Games 3–5.
