September Baseball is Coming to Avon!

The Lake Erie Crushers have officially clinched a spot in the 2025 Frontier League Playoffs! Postseason baseball is returning to Avon this September as the Crushers set their sights on a championship run.

The Crushers are playing the Schaumburg Boomers in the Wild Card Round of the Playoffs, starting this Wednesday, September 3rd at 6:35 PM.

This fall, fans will have more ways than ever to experience the excitement of playoff baseball:

Playoff Ticket Options

All Tickets - $10
Playoff Pass - $24
• Anywhere in the seating bowl• Infield Reserve Seating
• Access to all Crushers home playoff games

Ticket Policies

  • The Playoff Pass guarantees admission to a minimum of two playoff games and includes all additional home games played. If the second game does not occur, the same value (Infield Reserve seat) will be credited towards Opening Day 2026.

Playoff Format

  • Wild Card Round (Best of 3): Division Winners face Wild Card teams. Game 1 hosted by the Wild Card; Games 2–3 (if needed) hosted by Division Winner.

  • Conference Finals (Best of 5): Winners advance, higher seed hosts Games 3–5.

  • Championship Series (Best of 5): Begins two days after Conference Finals. Hosting alternates by year:

    • Odd years (2025): Atlantic hosts Games 1–2, Midwest hosts Games 3–5.

    • Even years: Midwest hosts Games 1–2, Atlantic hosts Games 3–5.
